These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of fashion items (clothing, shoes, bags), accessories, and home accessories (furniture, decorative items) made through our online shop Newcaphatsoutlet. Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the US Civil Code (BGB) and entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the US Civil Code (BGB) are addressed separately.
2. Conclusion of Contract
- By clicking the checkbox "Terms and Conditions read and accepted" and submitting the order, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
- The contract is only concluded upon our written order confirmation or delivery.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and obvious misrepresentations.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in euros ($), including statutory VAT. VAT, plus shipping costs
- Payment options: Credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, purchase on account (only after credit check)
- In case of late payment: Late payment interest of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate p.a.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- Standard delivery time: 2-3 business days (USA), 3-7 business days (EU)
- Shipping costs: USA $4.90 (free of charge for orders over $50), EU countries $9.90
- The risk of accidental loss passes to you upon handover to the shipping service provider.
5. Right of Cancellation
- Cancellation period: 14 days from receipt of the goods.
- Returns within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
- Free returns within USA via our returns portal.
- Exceptions: Personalized items and hygiene products.
6. Warranty
- Statutory warranty period: 2 years from delivery
- In case of defects: Exchange or refund at your discretion
- Manufacturer's warranty conditions remain unaffected
